Iphone : Problème de réception d’appels entrants

Hello tout le monde,

Je pense avoir trouvé la solution à mon problème de non réception des appels entrants lorsque je suis dans une zone non 3G (donc avec l’icone ronde)….En fait on tombait directement sur mon répondeur lorsque l’on essayait de m’appeler…. le problème était bien lié au push….mais pas celui du mail. Pour ma part, j’avais bien désactivé le push mail comme lu sur plusieurs forums, mais il faut savoir qu’il n’y a pas que les emails qui utilisent le push…. par exemple, les applications comme ebuddy (permet d’avoir msn,…sur son iphone), lemonde.fr et etc….

Dans mon cas, j’utilisais le systeme de notifications de ebuddy (qui en fait, fait du Push), donc dans Réglages, Notifications, j’ai mis en Non et depuis, plus de problème, je reçois bien mes appels lorsque je suis sur un réseau 2G (icone avec le petit rond)…..

Je tiens à précisier que lorsque l’on est sur un réseau 3G (sans forcément avoir du Data, mais l’icone 3G est présente), on peut laisser le push activer (pour les emails, ebuddy et etc…) et bien recevoir des appels entrants…mais vous ne pourrez plus recevoir des appels entrants lorsque vous repasserez dans une zone non couverte en 3G.

Donc, à tout ceux qui ont le problème, je leur conseille de désactiver le push mail et de tester leur iphone sans aucune application (dans Itunes, décocher la case Synchroniser applications), Ensuite tester applications par applications jusqu’à trouver celle qui utilise du push et qui fait donc apparaitre ce problème.
